This project was a renovation and expansion of the existing Scio Farms Clubhouse for Sun Communities. A.R. Brouwer Company renovated the interior of the existing clubhouse and built a new community center with a breezeway to the existing building. The updated clubhouse features a fitness room, a meeting room for the community members, a large in ground pool and a pool equipment building.
