The North Oaks Clubhouse is a three-story community center that integrates residential and commercial building materials. This project is situated in a stunning 109-acre setting and was designed with a modern edge while keeping the local architectural styles in mind. The clubhouse was built to accommodate the residents of 474 luxury homes in the North Oaks development. It included a workout facility, a yoga studio, a community gathering space with a fireplace, a game room, and a meeting area. A large, covered deck was incorporated to overlook the spacious pool area, which featured both a lap pool and splash pool.
