The Monument Park Building project involved redeveloping a gravel parking lot into a three-story retail/office building. A.R. Brouwer Company assembled a project team that developed a site concept, cleaned the contaminated site, constructed, and fully leased the building. The first floor is a restaurant/retail space, home to Aubree’s Pizzeria and Grill. The second and third floor office spaces are leased to medical and professional tenants.
