LaFontaine Automotive Group contracted with A.R. Brouwer Company to renovate their Mazda dealership in Livonia, Michigan. Interior renovations included offices, lobby, sales area, and bathrooms. The service area received painted walls and epoxy flooring. Two technicians’ locker rooms, bathrooms, and a breakroom were built along with renovations of the detail bay and the addition of four overhead doors. Exterior work included installing metal siding on the façade, masonry walls, and resurfaced EFIS. Additional aspects of this project included upgraded power throughout the entire building to 480v/3ph and conduit lines for three future electric vehicle chargers. This project also included a regraded and repaved asphalt parking lot, as well as an upgraded electrical, mechanical, and plumbing system.
