Jennifer Maker contracted with A.R. Brouwer Company to construct their new video studio, known as Maker Farm. The video studio supports their YouTube and social media presence focused on homemade crafts, gardening, building projects, and technological innovations. The project scope consisted of an open entry space, a kitchen, one bedroom, a large video studio, offices, a laundry space, and a full bathroom. The site work included utility extension, landscaping, a parking lot, and wetlands access to a future home development site. Maker Farm is situated on an angle to make the best use of natural sunlight throughout the day.
