MMB Equities is re-developing an eight-acre manufacturing site into 76 residential condominiums a few blocks from downtown Dexter. A. R. Brouwer was hired to demolish the existing buildings, coordinate the brownfield cleanup, complete the site work and construct seventeen multi-family buildings in three phases. To date, nine buildings in Phase 1 and three buildings in Phase 2 have been completed. One building in Phase 3 is under construction. Exceptional standard features, high-quality materials, and customized interior finishes are utilized throughout the development.
