Genacross Lutheran Services provides youth and family services throughout Southeast Michigan and Ohio. To further expand their services, they hired A.R. Brouwer Company to construct a new youth group home for ten residents. The one-story group home was a slab-on-grade building with a two-car garage, a spacious living room, a kitchen, six bedrooms, and an access-controlled security system. Site development included public utility extensions, a storm water detention system, landscaping, and a paved parking lot.
