The Dexter Retail/Office Building was constructed on a brownfield redevelopment site. A.R. Brouwer Company erected the 2-story concrete block building with brick veneer and a partial basement. Since its completion, the building has been home to a pharmacy, a podiatrist, a dentist, an endodontist and counseling services.
