Innovative Cannabis Facility with Office and Greenhouse Space
A commercial cannabis grow facility was constructed on an 18 acre site in a new 140 acre flex office/industrial development. The Headhouse was a pre-engineered metal building with offices, drying, trimming, cloning, and vegetation rooms. The four prefabricated greenhouses included plexiglass roofs and walls. The project was an innovative concept that utilized the growing power of the sun combined with controlled indoor hydroponic cultivation methods. The primary challenge in constructing this facility was carefully integrating specialized mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems.
