A.R. Brouwer Company constructed the Bluewater Center on site of a former automotive repair shop. The project commenced with the demolition of a portion of the existing building and cleanup of the environmental contamination. The remaining portion of the existing building was renovated, and an addition was built, with the exterior finishes smoothly transitioning between the different parts of the building. Site work included two detention ponds, a drive around parking lot and landscaping to buffer the building from surrounding residential spaces.
