When Baxter’s Wine Shop was steadily outgrowing the space in their building, they hired A.R. Brouwer Company to construct a new building on the same site, adjacent to the existing store. The new building contained space for Baxter’s retail store and additional space for lease. Baxter’s continued to conduct business during construction until the new space was ready for them to move in, with no disruptions to their customers. The new building also houses restaurants and several retail tenants.
