A.R. Brouwer is pleased to announce Larry Coker as the company’s new Business Development Manager. Mr. Coker worked in many commercial and property management companies. He held various positions in Sales and Marketing, including Sales Account Manager, Business Development Manager/Director, and National Vice President of Business Development. He offers over 30 years of experience in sales and business development, representing a wide range of Michigan property management companies and developing solutions for various interior and exterior property services.

In its continued track for growth, A.R. Brouwer searched for a business development leader who could provide sales and business development strategies and exceptional customer services for the company’s clients, business partners, and subcontractors. “Larry thrives in a fast-paced environment and has an entrepreneurial spirit. Larry is excited to join A.R. Brouwer Company and plans to develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan that identifies new growth opportunities, target markets, and revenue streams while increasing the company’s brand as a leading Design/Builder and Construction Management firm in Southeast Michigan. By implementing client-focused business strategies, he will collaborate with A.R. Brouwer’s Operations and Marketing teams to maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, generate qualified leads, and identify new opportunities to drive the company’s sales and revenue growth.

Larry enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children. As a family, they appreciate the arts, playing golf, and getting involved in their church community.
