OFFICE ADMIN/RECEPTIONIST - Our company is looking for a detail-oriented and organized person to fill the Part-Time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist role in our busy office. In this role tasks include handling incoming phone calls and other communications, managing essential company documents & project filing system, overseeing office equipment, managing other office duties and some errands. Applicants should have both strong communication and computer skills. A friendly attitude and professional demeanor are essential in this role.
PROJECT MANAGER - We are seeking an individual that is organized, has great communication skills and can multi-task. Must have experience in construction management and is skilled in understanding project drawings and specifications. Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
SUPERINTENDENT - We are seeking a detail-oriented Superintendent with 5 years of experience in commercial construction. Must be driven to deliver a quality project, monitoring work in place for accuracy and following a project schedule based on plans, specifications and submittals. Degree, certificate, and/or training is a PLUS!
PROJECT ENGINEER - This position provides support to the Project Manager and Superintendent from conception to completion. Experience in construction is desired but not required. This is an entry level position for someone that is enthusiastic about the construction field.
